Ace Hardware's in-house content team faced significant challenges in quickly and effectively creating consumer-facing video content. Limited bandwidth and shifting priorities resulted in a backlogged approval process, dozens of unused assets and a stale social stream.

Ace needed help breaking through the production log-jam, utilizing unused assets and creating polished, ready-to-distribute pieces. 

Within the first week of the project, AKA released the bottleneck for Ace’s content team. Equipped with brand guidelines, business goals and key insights, as well as Ace’s raw video footage, AKA quickly delivered tailored content for the company’s e-commerce platform as well as multiple social channels, including Meta and YouTube.

The Results:

Rapid Content Creation - AKA worked closely with Ace Hardware's in-house content team to establish a more efficient content creation process, transforming previously unused content into more than 40 shareable pieces posted to Ace’s e-commerce site and social channels – all within 90 days. We created a consistent stream of product demos for e-commerce, how-to consumer education videos for YouTube and branded feel-good stories for Facebook and Instagram.
